These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services of Systems Loop Limited (“we”, “us”).

The subscription

We provide design, development and SEO work on a monthly subscription. The scope, the monthly price and what it covers are agreed with you before you start. Requests are worked one at a time.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility.

Your content and your work

You keep ownership of the materials you give us. You confirm that you have the right to use them. Once a deliverable is paid for, you own the rights in it, except for third-party material such as fonts, stock images or open source code, which stays under its own licence. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only to do the work.

Our responsibility

We work carefully and with senior people. We cannot promise specific search rankings, traffic or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the month in which the claim arose.

Using this website

Do not misuse the website, try to break it or access it in unauthorised ways. Content on this website belongs to us or is used with permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Systems Loop Limited is registered. If you are a consumer in the EU or Switzerland, mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
