Updated on

Systems Loop Limited is responsible for your personal data on this website. We work with clients in Switzerland, Germany and Thailand, so we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) where they apply.

What we collect

  • Contact and strategy session forms: your name, email address and the message you send us.
  • Clients: the details we need to run your subscription, such as billing details and the project information you share.
  • Technical data: basic data your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Cookies are described on our cookies page.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and run a strategy session (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
  • To provide and bill our services (contract).
  • To keep the website secure and understand how it is used (legitimate interest, or your consent where cookies require it).

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, payment and project tools. They may only use your data for those tasks. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers, and our company itself, are located outside the EU and Switzerland. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period. Client records are kept as long as the relationship lasts and as long as accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of it, or object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
