Who's behind it

Simon Halimonov, founder of Systems Loop. Design system specialist, designer and frontend developer. Remote only.

Systems Loop is run by Simon Halimonov. He has designed and built digital products since 2014, first in Cologne and Düsseldorf, now fully remote.

Simon went freelance in 2017. Since then he has worked as a UX/UI engineer and frontend developer for agencies and brands in Switzerland and Germany, and as a design system specialist for product teams that want designers and developers to speak the same language.

He has also taught for years. At the Digital Career Institute in Düsseldorf he teaches a year-long fullstack JavaScript course, with more than 1,200 hours in the classroom. That is where the workshops come from: he explains things so a team can carry on without him.

In 2021 he founded Systems Loop, so clients could get design, development and SEO from one place, with him on every project.
